Dr. Robert's Dream: January 18: I was sitting off to the side, observing an old friend. She was in what looked like her office/classroom in her church, where she is the music director. Sitting at the piano, she started to play a new piece of music that her mentor had given her, which was much more difficult than what she was used to playing. Around her were four or five female associates, none of whom I knew, who were loving and supportive, telling her that she could learn to play this new piece of music. However, my friend had doubts that she could do this. I realized that I needed to hold her in the light and to have faith that she could meet this new challenge.
INTERPRETATION: With the birth of new faith, a new talent, or the higher use of our current talent, we may be like a mother who has just given birth. She is thrilled with her child but she wonders if she is up to the awesome task of being its mother.
One key in dealing with such doubt is reaffirming that Spirit never gives us more than we can handle. As we step out on faith, we also need to remember that we always have plenty of support and guidance from our innerplane teachers and mentors. These were represented by the women associates in the dream, whom I did not know and had not seen before. With each new step, Spirit may add new mentors, teachers and helpers to our band of guides on the inner planes. We are to call upon them for help and to welcome their assistance. We also are to seek support and comfort from our friends, co-workers and mentors on Earth. We are never alone, unless we perceive this to be true.
When we are lifted up by faith, and especially when we have faith in members of our tribe, dreams are one way that we get feedback about our projections. Thus, this dream also may be a report about my dear friend. Note that I am primarily an observor in the dream, not an active participant. Moreover, although I love music and do occassionally play the piano, I am not a music director. Note too that the setting is at my friend's office in her church.
After emailing this dream to my friend, she emailed back to say that her mother had been hospitalized recently for a week, which put a tremendous strain on my friend. She felt like she was doing two jobs, thereby having to balance double the workload in her life, hence the much harder piece of music in the dream. I replied, however, that my dreams also often predict events that occur in the future. Dreams often reveal the implanation of the new seed of faith, which may take weeks, months or years to manifest. Therefore, it is important to record the dream, so that one can go back to it later to see if it was such a prophetic vision. I fully expect that sometime down the road my friend will let me know that she has a new project, job or challenge in her life, which was foretold in my dream.
In the meantime, I keep my faith in her, especially in her I Am Self. As in the dream, I am off to the side and observing, in that she lives hundreds of miles away. Still, in my prayers and meditations, I will see the royal blue light of faith flowing into her cerebrum and crystallizing as a rock or gem of faith. As I do this over the upcoming weeks, months and years, I am sure that I will be given further dreams of her that will show her progress, difficulties and overcomings.
My friend also represents light workers around the world who are birthing new talents, responsibilities, hope, faith and projects. We are to have faith in them until they are able to manifest that faith themselves. We are like mentors, teachers, fathers, mothers and siblings to these light workers, especially to those who are of our tribe. To one and all, we broadcast the truth that Spirit never gives us more than we handle. Moreover, we radiate the faith that we and all others can do all things that Spirit would have us do by having Spirit do those things through us. So be it.
