Update on Securing the Site

It is hard for me to believe that I have not posted anything on this blog since June 2015. However, we have sent out notices via snail mail to everyone on our mailing list, giving the latest on Securing the Site for the Second Coming -- our ongoing purchase of an additional 55 acres of property that adjoins our present 33 acres.

Currently, today as I write this, November 6, we are just a day short of two months away from our deadline for our second payment of $57,000 plus $3,000 interest, for a total of $60,000; to pay for another 22 acres (Section B) of the overall 55 acres. This payment is due in full on January 5, 2016. Thus far, we have a little more than half of the necessary funds to make this payment.

We do have additional pledges for donations, which will be of a great help. However, until these pledges become a reality, we still need about $25,000 to make the full payment. We thank you for your ongoing prayers and donations in this regard. Our Father-Mother God is funding this purchase, with all of us playing our parts to call forth His-Her abundant supply.

Part of the reason why I have not posted anything in the last several months is that we had a most active summer and early fall. In July and August, we had to replace multiple major appliances in our two major buildings: a washer and dryer, a water heater, and a stove. Although we knew that these purchases were a possibility in the next few years, we did not expect them to be necessary so early or to happen within weeks of each other.

Then in July, we discovered that what we thought was a small roof leak in one of our buildings was in reality a major leak that let water behind one of the walls. When we opened this area up to investigate, it was filled with mold that had to be removed. Part of the wall and ceiling had to be replaced, and a new roof put on the house. Although our insurance covered part of this, we still had to pay for much of it. Together, the new appliances and roof repairs/replacement added $12,000 to our budget.

Moreover, we still are not finished with the roofing, as we need new gutters on the repaired area, plus on other structures, including our two carports. We hope to have this done, and all the necessary cleanup accomplished, in the next two weeks. Thank You, Spirit!

In the midst of all this cleansing and renewal, MariLyn had sudden and severe abdominal pain, caused by a gallbladder stone that blocked her gall bladder duct and her pancreatic duct, leading to pancreatitis. This was unexpected, and led to her having a cholecystectomy (removal of her gall bladder) to prevent a recurrence. Now, two and one-half months after her operation, she is mostly recovered. Her doctors said it might take as much as six months for her digestive system to fully rebalance. 

Finally, in early September, Larry Peterson resigned from our Mark-Age staff and returned to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We thank him for all his marvelous work and for adding his unique spiritual vibration to our force field while he was here. We wish him well in his new role and continue to link with him in I Am consciousness. 

Thus, it has been a time of much change. But, with our spiritual training and application of cosmic principles, we have moved through it and are ready to take yet new steps forward and upward in our spiritual demonstrations of love in action. 

Now that I have gotten you up to date, I will close this blog, but will be giving you more details shortly in upcoming blogs, especially about the purchase of the new property. To reiterate, we have only two months to raise about $25,000. Therefore, we link strongly with Spirit and all agents of Spirit on all planes to see this happening in the right time and way, for the good of the Second Coming program.

Maps of 88 Acres of Site for Second Coming

In my last post over a month ago (we've been especially busy here), I promised you maps to show you the overall size and structure of our current 33 acres of Mark-Age property plus the new 55 acres that we are purchasing. See the first map below that gives the overall outline and boundaries.

The top of the map is NORTH. Thus, our current 33 acres is in the southeast corner of the overall 88 acres that we will own outright with the full payment of $228,000. As you can see from the outside outline of these 88 acres, they form a parallelogram.

To the east of our current 33 acres is our neighbor called A Place of the Heart, where they grow organic food and practice yoga and Amerindian spirituality. Their major house is at least a quarter mile from our primary office or executive building. North of the northeast corner of the full 88 acres is property that is privately owned, but without any development or structures on it. 

Note that the new property of about 55 acres has been divided into three sections that on the map are noted as: Section A of 22 acres in the southwest corner that is mostly wooded; Section B of 22 acres in the northwest corner that is mostly wooded; and Section C of 11 acres in the northeast corner that has a cabin and storage building plus a road, electricity and water. At closing, we paid $57,000 that purchased outright Section A, to which we now have legal title -- we now have 33 plus 22 = 55 acres of land that we own.

Also note that the south and west border regions of the total 88 acres are owned and managed by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA), which has management acreage around the state. Next to our property is TWRA's Royal Blue Wildlife Management Area (WMA)-West, which cannot be developed commercially. It is like we have a vast state park of thousands of acres of land to our west and south. Moreover, about two-thirds of our northern border likewise is bordered by the Royal Blue WMA-West. All that takes place in this management area are fishing, hunting, hiking and four-wheeling; with minimal overall use. For further details, see the map below:

As you can see on the map, our 88 acres is outlined in red. Its western two-thirds juts out into the Royal Blue WMA -West acreage, which is in a light brown-yellow color. Also nearby, in green, are the South Unit and East Unit of this Royal Blue WMA. Not shown is a North Unit.

This bordering of the Royal Blue WMA-West is the major feature that makes purchasing this additional 55 acres so feasible and necessary. It means that on three sides we will have no neighbors, no development, and hundreds of additional acres of land in which we can anchor the higher spiritual energies and frequencies, therefore preparing this entire region for the Second Coming, both of ourselves into I Am or Christ awareness, and of Sananda-Jesus in his light body; and to prepare the area also for possible spacecraft landings.

MariLyn, Phillel, Larry and I (Dr. Robert) link together with you as one as we continue to call forth Spirit's abundant supply to make the full purchase of the 55 acres a reality. On January 5, 2015, our second payment of $57,000 is due that will purchase outright Section B of 22 acres.

Currently, we have earmarked $3,000 of your donations plus pledges of $25,000 for this payment. Therefore, in the next six months, we need to raise an additional $29,000.

Signed and Sealed

Hallelujah! On May 5, 2015, we signed the contract to purchase the 55 acres adjoining our property. We made the first payment of $57,000 to close the deal. The property is now ours. However, we still have an outstanding balance of $171,000 to finish the payment over the next two years.

We wrote the contract such that by paying $57,000, we now have clear title and full ownership of the 22.51 acres in the southwest portion of the new property, which borders on the TWRA property that cannot be developed commercially. When we make the next $57,000 payment eight months from now, we will have clear title and ownership of an additional 22.50 acres, which adjoins the first piece and also is bordered by the TWRA property. I will be drawing a map in the next few days to show you what this looks like.

The last 10.76 acres has buildings and improvements on it, so it will cost the third and fourth payments of $57,000 each, totaling $114,000. With these payments, the last one in two years, we will own clear title to all three parcels of the total property.

We give our heartfelt and deepest thanks to Spirit and the agents of Spirit on all planes for making this purchase possible to secure this site for the Second Coming. We especially want to thank each and every one of you for your prayers and projections, your love radiations and your donations. 

Now we continue to cast our nets to the right to call forth the additional funding over the next two years to complete this expansion. God is blessing you, and so do we!

We Have a Contract!

I have wonderful news: On April 14, 2015, we signed a contract with our next-door neighbor to purchase his adjoining 55 acres that are located to the west and the north of our current 33 acres here at I Am Nation/Mark-Age headquarters. In doing so, we have followed the directive of Sananda/Jesus the Christ to secure the site for the Second Coming. (See my prior blog for the history of this project.)

The purchase price for the 55 acres is $228,000, to be paid over the next two years in four equal payments of $57,000. Thanks to the generous donations of our devoted spiritual family, we currently have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment of $57,000 at closing, plus about $2,000 in closing costs. The next three payments are at 8-month intervals. During that time, we will be paying the seller 4% interest on the amount owed. Therefore, we hope to make our ensuing three payments earlier than now scheduled. Moreover, we will need an additional $25,000 to make improvements to the buildings, access road and other parts of the new property. Therefore, our goal for the next two years is to raise $193,000 to complete the purchase.

The closing is scheduled for May 5, 2015. Although we now have enough money to close the deal, we would love to have additional funds to add to this first payment. This would lower the future interest cost of our loan from the seller, and might accelerate the time schedule for the full purchase. The sooner we secure this site, the better.

Secure the Site of the Second Coming #2

From the time that Mark-Age, Inc. moved I Am Nation headquarters from Florida to Tennessee, Nada-Yolanda received on several occasions that this East Tennessee property would serve two major purposes: It would be a site for Second Coming demonstrations, and a possible landing site for etheric spacecraft in order to prepare the way for Sananda/Jesus' redescent.

For the last sixteen years, we have anchored the I Am Nation or New JerUSAlem here in Tennessee, just as you have anchored it in your own home and region. With this accomplished and with the linking of the thirteen temples or primary power vortices around the Earth, we now enter a new phase and demonstration.

About ten days ago, unexpectedly I received a phone call from our next-door neighbor, who owns 55 acres of land that adjoins our 33 acres. Our neighbor said that he had decided to sell his property, which for all the years we have been here he has insisted he would not do. He asked if we were interested in purchasing it. I immediately said yes, as four years ago, first El Morya and then Sananda had told me that in time Mark-Age/I Am Nation would come into possession of this property. I was to hold this possibility in thought, to see this combined acreage as being an anchoring point for Sananda's return; but I was not to initiate a purchase until Spirit directed it.

Now, upon my asking Sananda and Sol-O-Man for their guidance and direction, they appeared to me and said: "Secure the site for the Second Coming." Days later, they appeared again and succinctly said: "Proceed." In other words, we were to proceed with the purchase of the new acreage. With its acquisition, our total 88 acres will be surrounded by thousands of acres owned by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency or TWRA, which by law cannot be developed commercially. We will be surrounded on three sides by the TWRA, therefore forming a vast acreage or sanctuary in which Sananda and the space visitors will be able to secure and implant their cosmic energies, and eventually to appear among us.

In negotiations with our neighbor, we already have a tentative agreement or framework for the purchase of his 55 acres. It will cost about $228,000, as it has two buildings on it and many property improvements. After careful research, we know that this is an equitable, fair-market price. El Morya especially has been in charge of engineering this purchase from his perch in the etheric and higher astral planes; and he has confirmed, as has Sananda, that we are to go ahead with the sale at this amount.

It means that we now must raise $250,000 for the purchase, including $225,000 for the property and $25,000 for additional expenses, such as closing costs and improvements in the buildings and land that need work. 

Sananda and El Morya have recommended that we not spend any of our reserve funds, which are needed for the daily operation of Mark-Age. Rather, we are to "cast our net to the right" and Spirit will supply the necessary new funds, filling our "net" to overflowing. Sananda reminded me that four years ago, at the start of MariLyn's and my going out on missions around the world, we had faced a similar challenge. We at headquarters, along with you in the field, cast our nets to the right, and sufficient funds came to us through your loving donations to pay for four years of missions, without us going into any debt. In those four years, about $55,000 per year was donated over and above those donations that paid for our daily operation and functions.

Now we begin on a new octave and a new demonstration. We have transmuted the residue of darkness of the Lemurian and Atlantean Sun Temples during our last mission to Mexico. We have anchored the New Sun Temple/I Am Nation headquarters here in Tennessee. As Jesus said, however, it is not sufficient just to cleanse the past, but we have to put new thoughts, feelings, memories, actions and "furniture" in our new house/temple. Otherwise, something worse will enter into it. We need to work on securing the New Sun Temple site for the Second Coming, to bring it up to a new octave and demonstration, as symbolically represented by the 88 acres of the two combined properties.

Please ask Spirit how you can help to purchase this new acreage, which will secure us from intrusion and lesser influences around us. How can you picture this in your meditations? How can you speak the word in casting your net to the right? What new dedication and discipline can you add to your daily discipline of working for the Second Coming, which is our essential purpose in this lifetime? What can you donate at this time to make this purchase as soon as possible?

In order to complete this deal and to structure the terms of it, we need to have some idea of what you are able to donate now or later. With this information, we then can determine how best to design the deal and how long it may take to complete the purchase. If we quickly raise enough money to pay for the whole purchase, so much the better. If it takes a year or two, or more, to secure the necessary funds, then that too would work. As always, we turn the matter over to Spirit and trust that our Father-Mother God will supply all that is necessary for this new step in securing the site for the Second Coming.

Addendum: Sananda and Sol-O-Man had alerted me just after our return from Mexico that we might have to postpone the planned Malaysia Mission. Given the new development of securing the site for the Second Coming, we now see more clearly the need for this probable rescheduling. However, Sananda has recommended that we not make a final decision about such a postponement until things have settled down from purchasing the new property. I will keep you posted. 

Secure the Site of the Second Coming

You are one of the sites of the Second Coming. Your own four lower bodies -- mental, emotional, astral and physical -- are the site of the coming or redescent of your Christ or light body. Moreover, you play a vital role in preparing your area and the entire planet for the return of Sananda-Jesus the Christ.

Therefore, focus your full attention on securing the site of the Second Coming within you. One way you can start is to concentrate on the very top center of your head, what in anatomy is called the vertex, to prepare it for the descent of your light form. Your whole cerebrum, with its two cerebral hemispheres, is the primary or first place of contact with your Christ body. It overshadows you and anchors down and into your cerebrum or central computer, and then anchors by way of it into the rest of your body. Have faith in God, and have the faith of God, with faith expressing in and through your cerebrum.

Think also of your heart as a landing site, a place where the Christ takes up residence within you. For your heart is your love center, and love is the key for the rebirthing of our light body. Affirm and experience Love of God and Love of One another anchoring into the four chambers of your heart. Secure this site from harm or lesser feelings and memories; from anything less than love and compassion.

Surround your entire aura (that extends 2-3 feet from your physical form) in a dome of light that protects and secures your four lower bodies. Know that inside of your Christ Self lives and moves and has its being . Remember that spiritual protection is always needed on a day-by-day basis, because we live on such a negative planet. Surround yourself repeatedly in light. Suffuse yourself daily in love. Live the truth as you know it and you are protected.

Secure your site of your spiritual renewal and rebirth and regeneration, not only within you but in your local area, knowing that this will prepare the way and secure the site of planet Earth for the return of its spiritual leader, Sananda-Jesus the Christ. So be it.
